It is important to us that our employees can continue to grow. Job-related practice can be learned in the various departments at the Lenkerhof. For all other training and further education we are happy to make an individual arrangement.

Postgraduate studies dipl. hotel manager NDS HF
Every year we send a graduate of a hotel management school to the postgraduate program, thus bringing a new hotel manager to the market every year.
Part time studies hotel management school Thun
As a supplement to full-time studies, the Hotel Management School Thun is the first school in Switzerland to offer the further education to "dipl. Hôtelière-Restauratrice HF" or "dipl. Hôtelier-Restaurateur HF" on a part-time basis since 2017. The study model, which will last seven semesters from 2021, offers many advantages.
Management specialist
Management specialists assume leadership roles in lower to middle management of companies in various industries and professional fields. They conduct negotiations with various parties and review progress towards achieving organizational goals.
Lenkerhof Academy
Various employees from management, members of the Board of Directors or external lecturers, coaches and mentors regularly hold training courses at the Lenkerhof on a wide range of topics. Participation is always free of charge and voluntary.

Getting your hospitality degree in five weeks? We make Progresso training possible for you and pay full wages during your absence.
WSET
Training at the Wine & Spirit Education Trust would also be an option. The training is based on 3 levels and enjoys a high international reputation.
