Kids Rules
We are delighted that your children are travelling with you to the Lenkerhof. For a successful stay for your family as well as for all other guests, there are our "rules of play" for the little guests. So that everyone can enjoy a relaxed and restful time.
Alpine Playstation games room
With daily supervision from 1:00pm to 9:30pm. Games, crafts, fun and excitement guaranteed (children aged 3 and above).
Kids' restaurant
Every evening at 6:30pm in the games room we’ll offer children their favourite meals without forgetting their needs. Prior booking is advised due to limited seating capacity. Please book before 5:30pm with either reception or the childcare responsible under extension 887. Out of consideration for our restaurant guests please note that children may not be left unattended. We will be happy to help warm your baby’s food. Please directly ask any employee in the restaurant/bar. This service is free of charge. We will gladly prepare your child a warm or cold milk for a charge of CHF 3. – per portion.
Digital and electronic devices with sound
Out of respect for all other guests, we ask parents and children to use headphones or to mute the unit when using digital media & devices with sound in all public areas of the resort.
Wet'n Wild
Fun for kids starts daily from 7:30am until 5:30pm in the turbo-tube, the climbing tank and both pools. Parents are responsible for supervision of their own children. Please note that children may not access the wellness area outside of this time range and that pool diapers are necessary for toddlers.
7sources sauna area
Children under 12 years old are not allowed within the sauna area. We thank you for your understanding.
Access to the textile sauna area is permitted for children from 12 years up to 16 years accompanied by an adult. The nude area in the sauna landscape is permitted from the age of 16.
Baby phone
You may call reception with your room telephone anytime you wish in order to establish the baby-phone connection. This service covers restaurants, bar, hotel lobby and seminar premises until 10:00pm.
Baby-sitter
The reception staff will happily arrange a baby-sitter for you; please notify reception as early as possible. Charge per hour is CHF 30.- for 1 child and CHF 15.- per additional child). This service may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
Child diapers
At the 7sources reception desk you may ask to be provided with pool diapers allowing your youngest ones to bathe worriless (bathing without is not permitted): Please note that changing your baby’s nappies is not a service generally provided by the hotel childcare. Kindly bring your children to the Playstation in clean nappies. Diapers are available at reception for a charge of CHF 6.- apiece
Please note
Parents remain fully responsible for their children, and the hotel cannot assume any liability. Please note that in consideration for the other hotel guests, the hotel floor areas are quiet zones. Please do not leave your children unattended.
